Care Ministries
.
Visitation

Visitation of our homebound, nursing home, or physically limited partners of our congregation. Visitation offers fellowship, spiritual encouragement, prayer, and when needed, offers or arranges physical services, e.g., transportation, leaf-raking, etc.
Congregational Care

Congregational Care is making each person feel seen and known. Each team member is assigned a portion of the congregation, a Flock Group, and they are to regularly follow up on each person.
Emotional Wellness

This is a new initiative recognizing our congregational need for emotional and mental health support. This might incorporate outside programs such as Stephen's Ministers, Grief Share, or Re:generation. With proper training team members will support, encourage our partners in this area.
Welcome and Engagement

Welcome and Engagment desires that every person who comes to our church is acknowledged, welcomed, and invited to participate in our Life Together. This team will serve as the first contact with our visitors and follow up with them to help them assimilate into our community.
Seasons Ministry

Seasons Ministry recognizes that life happens and so we are ready to serve, care for, and love those going through life's major events; Funerals, Weddings, Baby's, Graduations, etc.
Prayer

This is central to all that we do and undergirds our Life Together. Prayer takes many forms; supplication, lament, healing, intercessory, and more. We desire to offer and participate in all that God's Spirit has for us.
